Fastex Exchange FZE is dedicated to maintaining effective organizational and administrative processes to identify, monitor, and manage any potential or existing conflicts of interest. In the event such conflicts arise, Fastex Exchange FZE will follow its internal Conflicts of Interest Policy, which will be reviewed periodically, and address these issues in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, Fastex Exchange FZE will notify the relevant authorities if required.

Currently, no conflicts of interest, arising out of Fastex’s activities, have been identified.

Fastex Exchange FZE is dedicated to establishing a comprehensive framework for whistleblower protection, ensuring that no whistleblower is subject to any adverse consequences as a result of making a disclosure:

1. be subject to civil or contractual liability;
2. have any contractual, civil, or other remedy or right enforced against them by another person; or
3. be dismissed from their current employment, or otherwise subject to action by their employer (or its related parties) that is reasonably likely to cause them detriment.

To ensure that personal data is handled responsibly and in full compliance with relevant data protection regulations, Fastex Exchange FZE has implemented comprehensive data privacy policies and procedures. These policies cover the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data, ensuring that all information is managed securely and with the highest level of care.

For transparency, Fastex Exchange FZE publishes its Data Privacy Policy on its website, providing clear information about clients' rights regarding their personal data, including how they can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. The policy also outlines the security measures in place to protect data from unauthorized access or breaches. Fastex Exchange FZE regularly reviews and updates its data privacy practices to ensure ongoing compliance and to uphold the highest standards of privacy protection.

Providing clients with the best service and dealing with them in a fair, prompt and consistent manner is of paramount importance for Fastex Exchange FZE.

A customer complaint generally refers to a situation where a client has indicated dissatisfaction with a product, service, employee, organisation, management, or performance etc.

When services related to Fastex Exchange FZE Activities involve third-party entities, Fastex Exchange FZE retains full responsibility for resolving such complaints within the stipulated timeframe.

If a client expresses dissatisfaction with the Fastex Exchange FZE, its employees, or Fastex Exchange FZE Activities involving third-party entities, and the matter cannot be resolved by the employee involved, the matter must be escalated to the CEO and CO for action. The Fastex Exchange FZE will endeavor to address all complaints promptly.

The Fastex Exchange FZE will allow the customers to use its easy-to-use template form for filing complaints from the website’s special section designed for that purpose. The users can also submit the complaints by other means like live chats and emails.

Fastex Exchange FZE is a free zone establishment, registered with the Dubai World Trade Centre (registration number 2940) with our registered offices at Office 09-112 WeWork, 9th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Fastex Exchange FZE is licensed by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (“VARA”) [License No. ] as VASP to undertake “Exchange Services”.

Fastex Exchange FZE is licensed by VARA [License No. ] as VASP to undertake “Exchange Services” (i.e., matching orders between buyers and sellers and conducting an exchange, trade or conversion between (i) virtual assets and fiat currency or (ii) one or more virtual assets, and maintaining an order book in furtherance of such service).

• market capitalization and fully diluted value;
• circulating supply, including as a percentage of maximum total supply [if applicable];
• whether the Virtual Asset has been subject to an independent smart contract, audit and the date of the most recent audit; and
• largest reduction in price from high to low stated as both an absolute amount, and a percentage change, including when it occurred.
• a description of how Fastex Exchange FZE determines the prices of the Virtual Assets it quotes to clients.
• details of how Virtual Assets traded over Fastex Exchange FZE trading venue are deposited and protected and how clients’ ownership in respect of those Virtual Assets are thereby respected.

The process of depositing virtual assets in your account can be found here. Any virtual asset received from you will be securely stored by Fastex on your behalf. These virtual assets will be stored in omnibus wallets (a combination of cold and hot wallets) where your virtual assets are pooled with those of other clients. Fastex maintains an account management system that tracks your individual account balances in real-time. The ownership of the virtual assets deposited by you, and as tracked by Fastex’s account management system, shall remain with you.
